Information includes financing for structure; participation rate; Web site; quality grants, bonuses, and awards; tiered subsidy reimbursements; loans linked to quality rating systems; scholarships; wage supplements; and tax credits. A second table presents questions for grantees to assess their preschool programs capabilities to promote school readiness, physical development, social-emotional development, assessment/individualizing, and classroom organization.
